Best oil change ever! I've had multiple health issues over the last few months, among them being cancer surgery. I am also always counting my "pennies" and trying to save money whenever possible. Arlington Toyota is where I purchased my car (a 2007 Camry Hybrid). It has been a great vehicle. We have had regular scheduled maintenance and oil changes. Arlington frequently sends coupons that also help to save me money. I was late getting the vehicle in to have it serviced, but I finally made it! Michael Sandelin was the service rep who helped me. I felt that he did a great job. I got my oil change in record time, no problems. The service dept even called me on my cell phone when they couldn't locate me (I was eating lunch) to let me know the car was almost ready. Now, THAT's GREAT SERVICE! I also told Michael that our car has been a great vehicle and I have family members who keep trying to buy it from me, but I won't sell it! Hey, when you get a great car, you don't want to let it go! Thanks, Arlington Toyota! We are really enjoying our Toyota Camry Hybrid, as well as the great service we get at your service department. Above and Beyond Expectations As is the case in so many problems with a vehicle that has to be towed in (shifter cable broke), after the problem was repaired, and I picked up the c As is the case in so many problems with a vehicle that has to be towed in (shifter cable broke), after the problem was repaired, and I picked up the car, on the way home, I found other problems that weren't there before. I called Steve Cole, explained them to him, and his response (immediately) was to bring it back and he would take care of them. And take care of them he did. What more can you ask for? Keep in mind, this is a 12 year old car that I bought there new, and I feel like they treated it like a new one!
