Poor customer service in the Service Department! Had my truck towed there Wednesday (Holiday). They couldn't look at it until Friday and it needed a part delivered. Gave the OK and they said it should be done by end of day. It wasn't. Received a call saying they would wrap it up on Monday. They didn't. Received a call on Monday saying the part they replaced for $530 didn't fix the issue and they needed to try something else. When I went to pick up the truck on Tuesday, there were at least 6 service reps behind the counter and not one of them acknowledged my presence for more than 5 minutes as I stood in front of them. More

Crazy long wait for a simple oil change So I was told for an oil change (all I needed) no appointment was necessary and I could use the fast lane. I can in at 9 am on a Saturday and there was no wait. The service manager created invoice for 70.00. When I said I had the free oil change package he re rang it up and then told me that for standard oil changes you didn’t keep that in stock and I would have to wait and hour or two. My simple oil change in your fast lane cost me two hours of my life. Shame on you. More

My sales person Harry Roselyn was friendly knowledgeable and not the least bit pushy. He kept me in my price range and got me the best car and deal for my money. NYS inspection Had to get an inspection done (mine had expired). The earliest appointment was for Saturday at 9:30 am. I arrived at 9:20. I was told I had a factory recall and it would only add 5-10 minutes I the process so I agreed to have it done then. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. And everything was done correctly also. My only compliant is that I was there until 11:00 am. An hour and a half for an inspection is a very long time. More

Shocked at cost for a new fob to replace non functioning one Service was fast, but near $300.00 to replace a fob and have it programed seems a little like a rip-off. Just another expense, for not being able to replace their fobs on an open market. regular keys work just fine and a lot easier to replace. More
