I never felt rushed to make a decision, I called back several times with further questions on models and options and either got directly through to Kyle or he called back within a 10-15 minutes. Kyle found the vehicle I wanted and after a little negotiating, settled on a great price. The truck was delivered later that evening and Kyle went over the details throughly despite it being after 6 pm when i got there.
