unsatisfied customer very unsatisfied i had a 2016 sle terrain i made a mistake traded my terrain 2016 for a2019 terrain but the 2019 is a sport wagon not a suv and much smaller and had i had a 2016 sle terrain i made a mistake traded my terrain 2016 for a2019 terrain but the 2019 is a sport wagon not a suv and much smaller and had scratches on the leather very noticeable when you seat in the back seat. I CONTACTED THE BAUER FAMILY via mail. the next day. not a satisfied customer no reply until i contacted the finance manger Angie. i STATED since Steve Bauer hasn,t contacted m i known the answer to my letter NO and tis it not the first the letter the ANIER BAUER will not answer the CUSTOMERS LETTERS. Service was good but the repair cost was very high. It cost over 200.00 to have a light bulb replaced. I am not sure but the design is wrong if the bumper needs to be removed to change the bulb.
