When we started thinking about getting a new car, we agreed that I would get the new one and we would trade in my Chevy because it was newer, but the caveat was that I agree to look at Buicks before Chevys! So we started out at Bauer with Tom Sinon, a very nice, knowledgeable and personable salesman, who showed us several cars and explained all the upgrades that the new cars had. We chose one we liked, but decided to 'think it over.' We expected the "hard sell" that we've grown accustomed to when walking away from a sale ... but we didn't get that. Tom walked us to the door, thanked us for stopping by and urged us to call if we had questions or needed more info and gave us his schedule. Amazing!! We were so impressed with him and the car, that we went back the next day and purchased it! More

I went back inside to speak with the service tech (Adam) to ask him if their was a problem with bringing up truck back up, at that time he came out with me to follow up and it had been brought up and parked in the parking lot for potential customers. So about 15 minutes of my time was wasted. More
