The test drive went good as I stayed local but after completing the purchase and leaving the vehicle cut off and would not restart. It took a week to complete the repair(s) and for me to receive my vehicle. During That time I authorize for the headlights to be fixed(which I was paying for). When I picked up the vehicle just before they closed (drove from Green Bay, WI after being told it would be delivered to me by Wednesday) and paid for the service done in the shop, I noticed a light still is out the passenger side. Going through several hurdles during this process negatively impacted my buying experience. I’m very big on “keeping your word” and I feel that was not done. I began to recommend others that I know searching for new vehicles but, I’m not to sure about that anymore due to my experience. I hope this helps to improve things in the future there. I was unable to reach a manager to express this when I called while my vehicle was in the shop there. The operator did attempt transfer me over to them. I will admit everyone I did encounter(including the service team) was polite. More
