I’ve never been so astounded at the lack of communication at a dealership. My husband spent the afternoon discussing a purchase and trade in with a sales person and his manager and came to an agreeable rang at a dealership. My husband spent the afternoon discussing a purchase and trade in with a sales person and his manager and came to an agreeable range to make a deal within. After driving 4 hrs to this dealership, no one knew anything about the conversation and the previous verbal agreement was not honored. What a waste of time. What a complete disregard for our time. I do not recommend this dealership or staff. Astounding lack of living up to honoring an agreement and lack of reputable customer service. More

Made 8:30 am appointment. Check engine light on. Was told by the service department it was a. battery sensor. Took over 3 hours. Asked them not to wash my car since it was clean when I brought it in. When my car was brought out it had a big chunk of dirt on the hood. Asked them to wash it. The kids that dried it never opened the doors when they dried the car so there was soap and water in the door jams. I ended up having to finish drying it myself which wouldn’t have happened if they didn’t bring it out with a clump of dirt on the hood. More
