I requested an appointment for Monday and work began on Thursday. The diagnosis was new convertible top and mechanism at a cost of thousands. Correct diagnosis low battery. However after paying $200 just for battery installation when I checked new battery once home, I found they just put the battery in tray and hooked up terminals. The hold down brackets were left on the trunk floor for me to do myself. More
