I requested an appointment for Monday and work began on Thursday. The diagnosis was new convertible top and mechanism at a cost of thousands. Correct diagnosis low battery. They did credit the $477 diagnosis toward cost of new battery after multiple negotiations. However after paying $200 just for battery installation when I checked new battery once home, I found they just put the battery in tray and hooked up terminals. The hold down brackets were left on the trunk floor for me to do myself. More
Appointment was for 10:00 and was told that the service would take about 1.5 hours. At 12:00 I inquired and realized that the vehicle was where I had left it. Completed at 2:00.
