Richard (Richardson) is the best service advisor I've had at this dealership. For the longest time, I avoided this place due to bad experiences in both quality of service, and overall customer service. There at this dealership. There's been quite a bit of change in my last few visits, and Richard is one of them. Richard reminds me of the service advisors at Infiniti and BMW, top-notch world-class service. Now since connecting with him, he's the only person I deal with on the service side, and I have since then started having other vehicles serviced here as well thanks to Richard's awesome service.
