I bought the right car at the right price. That's where the positive ends. I was given a blanks thumb drive which was supposed to contain all of my paperwork. But honestly, this experience was on another level. I still do not really have the words to describe how positive everything was from beginning to end. CB was exceptional: attentive, straightforward, professional, and respectful throughout the entire process. These days, it is rare to find this kind of service, where you can actually feel that the customer is being treated with real care. I can say without hesitation that from now on, I will prioritize buying my cars from them. Even when I am looking for a different brand, I will still check their pre-owned inventory first, because this level of service makes all the difference. I also want to make it clear that this is not a paid review or any kind of partnership. This is simply an honest comment from a customer who was genuinely impressed by the experience.
