Hi My experience was 'smooth' at the dealership along side with Mr Martinez. This wasn't my first time at the dealership. January of this year we went in with my parents cause my Dad was is in the market side with Mr Martinez. This wasn't my first time at the dealership. January of this year we went in with my parents cause my Dad was is in the market for a new pickup truck. That day the experience was horrible! The one lady that went to go help to run numbers. Was going back and forth with the paper work. She was rude and definitely did not make us want to go back. But my brother reach out to someone at Arrigo and pointed us to Adrian Martinez. So with Mr. Martinez our family this is our second time going back. And both times new vehicles! More

I've had a very good experience at that dealership. All credit to Juan who made me feel at ease right away since I was told by another agent that I was not on the list even though I'd made an appointm All credit to Juan who made me feel at ease right away since I was told by another agent that I was not on the list even though I'd made an appointment 5 days Pryor. Right away Juan came over to me an said " I can help you" and proceeded with my info in order to get my vehicle done. He offered me coffee / water & assured me everything would be taken care of as far as the recall goes. Great customer service & people skills he has👍 More
