Salé experience was as expected, they asked “if we can beat the rate you received from your bank, will you go with us?” Of course I said yes. My credit was run so many times my score dropped 40 points so beat the rate you received from your bank, will you go with us?” Of course I said yes. My credit was run so many times my score dropped 40 points so there was no way I would still get my old rate from my bank so I had to settle for 3% more than I had. Then I was told at the end of the sale that with the extended warranty I purchased, I could get a replacement key for my car since it only came with one. I tried calling 3 times to get one. Each time I was told it has to go through my salesperson and they were pulling the paperwork and he would call me. Never got those calls. Finally just decided to try parts department. They said I need to call service department. I’m still trying to get a key two weeks later, probably just gonna pay out of pocket from another dealership. I was told this dealership could handle all my work even though they don’t sell this make of vehicle. Now I’m assuming this will always be the issue with any problem I have. More
