I tried to buy a Jeep from Arrigo for $53,900. I came with a Jeep Discount of 5% which they said they would honor. They said they would give me $43,000 for my truck, 5% off, and finance through my bank a with a Jeep Discount of 5% which they said they would honor. They said they would give me $43,000 for my truck, 5% off, and finance through my bank at USAA. I did the math on the deal at a $720/mo payment. They came back at $780 with $3,000 out of pocket on my behalf. I asked for clarity in the paperwork. Upon review, they did not discount the truck as they promised they still charged full price. They marked $42k for my truck after telling me they’d do $43k., they wanted to charge me over $3000 in miscellaneous fees which they justified as “paint,headlight,window” protection, but when seeing the vehicle, no such protection existed. On top of that, they wanted to charged me $2,000 for an Arrigo package, and $1000 in dealer fees. They told me they’d sell it and agreed on $51,264 then tried to sell me on $61,000 while hiding it. I tried to work with the manager directly, and after waisting my time, he found it funny to return sarcastically with an offer of $1,000/mo with a full sale price in an attempt to pick fun. I’ve served my country, and bought my last 3 vehicles from dodge/Jeep. I’m not a complainer and have never written a review in my life. This place deserves to be closed. More

Service manager is an idiot.. Told me to go to Wallace service center and Stewart because they had better technicians.. Said they couldn't duplicate my problem yet when I went to the dealer after dropping service center and Stewart because they had better technicians.. Said they couldn't duplicate my problem yet when I went to the dealer after dropping the truck off and taking a picture of the mileage not one mile had been put on the vehicle to even test it to know that there was a problem.. Avoid this service center. More
