If you want a vehicle you will enjoy, then you better think I should have learned my lesson when I purchased my first truck in 2014. I bought it brand new. After continuous issues, the service department would deny any issues with my vehicle and would try to charge me for free oil changes, despite having proof. The worse is yet to come. I decided to trust them AGAIN (I do not know why and immediately regretted my decision the next day.) After having issues with a high pitch noise, I brought the truck in and they again denied any issues. I worked with them on this on 3 attempts, and even have a text saying that they blame me from the service department. Granted, their service manager did ask me to come in again. After 3 times, I could not believe that he had the audacity to tell me that this 'may be a standard sound' even though I test drove multiple of the same vehicle. So if you read this, do not go here. I can't say for other dealerships, but this was the biggest and most regretful purchase of my life. Do not go here. More

Jesus took me on a test drive and was very personable and knowledgeable. I didn’t purchase a vehicle that day, but I knew I preferred to work with Jesus. He was not pushy and seemed to genuinely want me to find the car that was right for me. He followed up with me a few days later and answered a lot of my questions. I found a different Honda that was newer online at the Arrigo Alfa Romeo next door. I really hoped that He would be able to show me that car and be able to work with me at that dealership even though it wasn’t normally the dealership he worked out of. Thankfully he was able to show me the car and helped me get a great deal. I waited to write this review so that I had time with my “new” used car. It has been reliable and I really do love it! As a young lady, who knows nothing about cars, it made me nervous thinking about the possibility of getting taken advantage of. I am so grateful that I found Jesus, he is trustworthy and that means the most. I had an excellent experience with the manager at Alfa Romeo Fiat. His name is Alex Wessel and he made the financing process easy to understand. He was an absolute pleasure to do business with and I feel like he helped me get a great deal as well! My boyfriend purchased a used car from napleton wpb about a year ago and it was a total nightmare. I am so glad that I had such good luck with these gentlemen at Arrigo. I will definitely recommend this dealership, Jesus, and Alex to all of my friends and family. More

Service Department with poor customer service I have never purchased a vehicle from Arrigo but I tried to use their service department. I needed 4 recalls to be done, replace a broken taillight as I have never purchased a vehicle from Arrigo but I tried to use their service department. I needed 4 recalls to be done, replace a broken taillight assembly, oil change and tire rotation. I have called to schedule an appointment and I was told they need to order a part and would call me to schedule. They stated it would take a couple of days. One week later, I called to find out if the part came in because I have not been called. I was transferred to the parts department and was told to hold because they were dealing with a customer. Twelve minutes later, my call was disconnected. I called back and the same happened. I called again and explained I was getting disconnected. They apologized and said they would connect me. I was disconnected during the transfer. Tried again, and the same result. Then I actually had the phone answered by the person I had originally spoken to a week ago. He stated he had all my information in front of him and needed a moment to check if the part was in stock. This time I waited 14 minutes before being disconnected. Nobody called me back. It has now been another week. Needless to say, I tried a different dealership and my car was repaired in 3 days later. Still waiting on Arrigo. I am sure they will post some copy/paste response but this was just straight out bad customer service. I will never buy a car from them because I now know how good the service department with handling customers. More

Trading in a '15 Jeep Cherokee to purchase '18 Grand Cheroke Service dept is rated Exceptional (Tony Neterer), due to past experience. Manny Alvarez was exceptional in dealing with along with Paul Schwab. Howev Service dept is rated Exceptional (Tony Neterer), due to past experience. Manny Alvarez was exceptional in dealing with along with Paul Schwab. However Dragon and his circle of co workers made it a very Unpleasant experience. The start and finish of the buying experience with Manny and Paul would be highly recommended, however the middle experience with "Dragon" in his little circle where he thinks be is above everyone else is highly unacceptable.
