Not only is she very well versed in product knowledge, but also someone who was timely in returning answers to the questions I had along the way. Im not sure if she could have made this process any easier, and i appreciate that! I was in a time crunch and she was very accommodating each time. But what brought me to Arrigo was Nelson. I have had the pleasure of knowing Nelson now for about 6 years. I have purchased my last 3 cars because of him. He has a great energy,and you can tell he loves what he does.
