Their lower asheland workers with their managers represent the known perception of car salesman who are SCAM OF THE EARTH.I wanted to lease or buy a Fiat Spider 2017.I knew exactly what I wanted what color etc.I found on west Palm beach Arigo site the car I was looking for.Called on 5/3/17 spoken to Dean Engelheard who told me verbatim, we don't have this car, the fact that you see it on our web site , doesn't mean we have it. I said, fine at that point he said wait let me look in to it more and I will call you back shortly. That was 5/3 he did not call, nor did I. Next day he calls and says I have that car. I asked why he did not call me back, the day before, his answer was I was busy. Not I am sorry, I apologize, nothing. Scam. Ok I asked or was perplexed that he had it after convincing me that he did not have it. I told him that I am 100 miles away from him, and that I will not come his way unless I have a 100% confirmation in writing that he has this specific car.I also told him, that the lease price of this exact car , on their national web site states $330. His statement was oh but that is not the same car, and I said yes it is. I did my due diligent on it. I also told him that I am a business woman and purchased many many cars in my past, and I own 3 cars at this present time, so it would be useless for him to play his game as I don't go for it. It happens to be that when he called me I answered his call on a speaker, and happen to have 3 people sitting in my office with whom I was working, and they heard the whole conversation. His response to me was, GO xxxx YOU SELF YOU IDIOT, AND HE HUNG UP THE PHONE. Needles to say we all where not sure we heard well,but I assured them we did, as the culture of most not all but Arigos people is of the lowest of the low. I contacted the dealership manager who's name I was given as the manager DAN LANDRUM, I told him what transpired, he did NOT find it necessary to say Oh I apologize for this, he simply said oh what car is it?, when I told him that I would not do businesses with him even if they gave me a car for free, he said, ok thank you for letting me know. That ended my conversation. I am checking now my legal options. How ever if you know what you want, if you are intelligent and not a push over do your self a favor/DO NOT SHOP AT ANY ARIGO CAR DEALERSHIP. More
