My experience buying a new car from this dealer was second to none, especially with Tom Popiel, the Internet Sales Manager. He showed me the nuances of all the new bells and whistles I have in my new car. Tom also drove to my house later that day, some 30 minutes away to drop off some paperwork I had forgotten at the dealership. The finance department was equally as impressive as we walked through options and plans. The delivery office was informative and helpful. The dealership itself, although large, was welcoming and the employees made us feel very comfortable during our 3 hour stay. The car prices were very competitive, actually better than their competition. Would definiately buy another car from Arrigo and Viard!!!! Viard explained the details of the differences between the 2010, 2011 and 2012, which helped us to make our decision. Professional, knowledgeable staff is very important to me when buying a car. I dont want to know more about the vehicle than they do. I love the free oil change offer and appreciate those kinds of perks. The car was delivered in excellent condition and ready to drive home. I did appreciate the details, Peter Martin -- finance-- provided during that financial session. He kept it brief and informational and upfront with exact costs of the options. Some dealers like to include those in the payment without telling the customer, I dont believe in that practice and glad Arrigo doesnt either.
