Mike did an exceptional job of answering my questions and working with me to secure the vehicle I was looking for. While working with car sales professionals can be difficult at times, Mike was extremely pro working with me to secure the vehicle I was looking for. I had planned on just looking that day, and Mike made it possible for me to buy and drive it home. Everyone should be so fortunate to have him help them with their car buying experience. I would highly recommend Arrigo Dodge dealership to all my friends. sincerely, Carol Jankuv More
I vowed a few years ago, when I had a bad experience there, never to return to Arrigo Dodge. This is when your Sales Lot was near I 95 and Okeechobee in West Palm Beach. I was looking for a Jeep Patri there, never to return to Arrigo Dodge. This is when your Sales Lot was near I 95 and Okeechobee in West Palm Beach. I was looking for a Jeep Patriot for my Granddaughter and saw an ad in the newspaper from Arrigo, so I thought I had nothing to lose to drive out and just look. I was greeted by Mike Fallon, and explained that I was just looking, and I relayed the bad experience to Mike , and even though he knew I was just looking, he took the time to show and explain the Jeep Patriot to me. He also explained that there was excellent Chrysler products as well. He offered a test drive and I declined as this was a Jeep for my Granddaughter. Mike spent his time and effort finding just the right Jeep Patriot that my Granddaughter wanted. She wanted Black (and there were not many to be found), and other specifics that she wanted. After several weeks of searching, Mike found the exact Jeep that she wanted. I want to thank Mike for all his efforts, and remind you that he is an excellent representative for your company. He changed my mind about Arrigo, and I would be happy to send anyone to see Mike if they were looking to buy a car. Thank you Mike! More

I went to Arrigo lokking for a used car after reading some great reviews about the quality of both the sales and service departments. I found that that every employee I encountered to be friendly and hel some great reviews about the quality of both the sales and service departments. I found that that every employee I encountered to be friendly and helpful. When the car I had seen on line was not exactly what I wanted, Viard found another (I wanted something small, but it had to be stick shift. Turns out that's not an easy order to fill.)that far exceeded my expectations. I cant yet speak for the work in the service department, but after I took delivery of my car Viard took me there and showed me around and introduced me to one of the service managers. All in all I couldn't aks for a better carbuying experience. More
The communication and follow up we received from Mike Fallon was timely and specific. We had a great experience overall while making our vehicle selection, and purchase. Mike did not try to sell us a veh Fallon was timely and specific. We had a great experience overall while making our vehicle selection, and purchase. Mike did not try to sell us a vehicle, he listened to what we thought we needed, provided information around those needs, and let us buy the vehicle we wanted. If that was a sales tactic, then great, it worked for us. We did not feel like we were being pushed in one direction or another. Mike, thanks for being a professional! Ron & Elsa Bazil More
My new car buying experience was fair, just don't be fooled by the no hassel claim. If you want to pay a good price be prepared for a little hassel but it is completely worth it! I LOVE my new car! fooled by the no hassel claim. If you want to pay a good price be prepared for a little hassel but it is completely worth it! I LOVE my new car! The staff at Arrigo was courteous and professional. The down side is that the process took ALL day; started at 10:15am and didn't finish until after 5pm. This is my second time buying a car from Arrigo. Which I think speaks for itself. I would not have returned if I didn't like their service. The sales department is good and the service department works quickly to get the job done and the prices are reasonable. Thank you for my new toy! More

We drove 2 hours to buy a Dodge Magnum from Arrigo. The price was great, we were treated well and my wife finally found the car she wanted. However the car needed to have some work done and the dealership price was great, we were treated well and my wife finally found the car she wanted. However the car needed to have some work done and the dealership's computer system was down. We agreed to take delivery later in the week when all the work had been completed. The car was dropped off at my wife's work about an hour she left. NONE of the promised work had been done (detailing, fixing broke map light and changing the oil). In addition the car had 3 long deep scratches down the drivers side that were not on it when we test drove the car and the car smelled of burning oil. Upon walking out the door I knew either the engine had almost no oil or the oil pump was bad by the noise from the valves. How the car got off the lot and driven for 2 hours with no one notcing is a mystery to me. We called the dealership and the salesperson Russ denied everything. The manager on duty wanted us to drive the car in. I explained the car had almost no oil and the engine would seize up long before we arrived. I told him the manager we would have the oil changed. If the engine held the oil we could drive it back. I was a mechanic for 7 years and was looking at the car while thr work was being done. Only a few quarts of dirty oil came out of the car, the air filter was clogged and the wiper blades were bad. With only 36K miles on it these had to be the original parts, the car was never serviced. Even with poor maintanance the engine should not have an oil problem until 120K miles. To my surprixe the engine held oil and the valves stopped tapping and everything smoothed out. I must give considerable credit to the engineers at Chrysler as I did not expect it to recover completely. The manager on duty Mike was friendly and reasonable, he tried to help. He told us that they (Arrigo Dodge) would; repay us for the oil change, air filter and wiper blades, fix the map light, buff out the paint, fill and cover the scratches. I think this was a minnimal offer but I also felt they (the dealer) had no intentions of doing anything more. I feel that offering some type of extended warranty on the engine or a refund or the opportunity to choose a different car would have been fair. He told us the salesperson (Russ) would pick up the car. When we called Russ denied any knowledge of this (Even though I was standing next to him when it was said) and refused to help. He also stated he had already spent too much time on this car. The manager Mike told us he was going on vacation and would follow up when he returned, my wife drive the car the two hours back on her own once she new Mike was back. Mike and the dealership's service department made only the most minnimal effort to fix the car. My wife waited all day and they still forgot to fill and cover the scratches. This is no way to treat a customer. We have no garuntee the engine will not quite again, throw a rod or blow a valve in the near future due to its being run with no oil. The scratches still show through the light buffing job done by the service department and now look worse. No one told why the engine had no oil or if they were even going to look into the issue. My point is this. We spent a lot of money to buy the car. We made sure we bought from a new Dodge dealership as they are supposed to keep only the best trade ins and we expected to be treated well. However, we got a below average car with only average treatment. We could have bought a car like this for a lot less money from an independant car lot. Why did the dealer not have the integrity to at the very least offer us an extended warrantee on the engine or the opportunity to trade the car for a different model? That is what I would have expected from a top notch new car dealer. If you buy from Arrigo remember you are buying at your own risk, they will not be there if anything goes wrong. More
