The buying experience was very good. My sales rep was a total professional. Finance and insurance reps were on their games as well. However, I am upset that my new car is already in for service after just 6 days of ownership and only 200 miles. Power window won't roll up! I was told that I would not have my new vehicle back for at least 1 week. I know these things happen. I appreciate the loaner and the professionalism of the service staff, but not being able to drive my brand new car puts a damper on an otherwise pleasant experience. PS - was I supposed to get a welcome kit? More

WORST EXPERIENCE! !!! THEY HAD MY CAR FOR A FEW WEEKS AFTER TRYING TO CON ME INTO THINGS NOT URGENT! GOT MY CAR BACK ( TANK EMPTY) AS I GOT TO THE GAS STATION ( A VERY !!! THEY HAD MY CAR FOR A FEW WEEKS AFTER TRYING TO CON ME INTO THINGS NOT URGENT! GOT MY CAR BACK ( TANK EMPTY) AS I GOT TO THE GAS STATION ( A VERY BAD RAINY DAY) THE CAR WAS SMOKING.. I CALLED BACK AND TOLD THEM THEY SENT A TOW TRUCK TO PICK THE CAR UP. A FEW DAYS LATER I GOT MY CAR BACK WITH COFFEE STAINS ALL OVER THE TOP OF MY CAR! THEN THE MANAGER HUE HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME THE TOW TRUCK GUY DID IT, WELL FOR ONE IT WAS RAINING THE SUNROOF HAD NO BUSINESS BEING OPEN YOU LIAR! ANYWAY THE CAR THEN LOCKED IN AND I COULD NOT RELEASE THE ELECTRIC BRAKE! FOR 2 WEEKS I CALLED AND ASKED TO A MANAGER IMAGINE MY SURPRISE THAT 2 WEEKS LATER NOT HUE, MICHAEL OR THE OTHER ONE HAS NOT CALLED ME BACK! I GUESS THAT MEETING IS STILL GOING ON! ALL THOSE DISGUSTING JOKE OF A SERVICE MANAGERS HAD TO DO WAS PUT IT BACK ON THE COMPUTER AND REDO WHATEVER IT IS THAT THEY DID TO BEGIN WITH. I HAD TO GET A LOCAL MECHANIC AN EXCELLENT ONE @ THAT WHO RELEASE THE ELECTRIC BRAKES AND RESET THE COMPUTER AND THE PUT IT BACK ON! THE PLACE! WORST MANGERS! WORST STAFF!! More

This was the third time our vehicle was in with the same break issue since we purchased the vehicle. Our car ended up being there for almost 1 month and we received very poor status update communication. break issue since we purchased the vehicle. Starting with videos of a vehicle that was not ours, then ending with me having to call multiple times for an update with no call back. Finally received a text, not a phone call that our vehicle was ready... I spoke with managers who said we would receive a call back and we never did. More
