We purchased a 2025 Ram in July. We came in for service for the first time. The service was completed incorrectly, and a part was not placed back properly. My husband took the truck through the car wash and it completely shut down the truck. He called several times to have someone call him back as he was going out of town for the weekend. And was given a runaround by some girl who knew nothing about vehicles in general, let alone shouldn’t be answering questions that they don’t have the answer to regardless. She was far too nonchalant and relaxed about the situation and acted like there was no big issue and basically couldn’t understand why my husband was calling. My husband tried to call three more times before he had to leave town. And of course, no one called him back. He ended up having to take the ram to a dealership in Georgia that charged us $150 to put the part back on correctly. Meanwhile, my husband’s being pestered by someone to upgrade his brand new vehicle to a 2500. What a joke that is! Sure, just keep pushing new vehicles on people when you can’t even properly service them nor act like there was any issue when we came back to the dealership to get a refund for a part that was done incorrectly when we were there for the service? It was brushed off as no big deal. We will never return to this dealership to purchase another vehicle. More

I have a horrible experience at this Dealership. They are so unprofessional, I kept calling to request information, in regard to a car I purchase. I never get any answer.
