The young man at the service desk was excellent. Appointment times would be appreciated. A 2.5 hour wait time is too long for an oil change if your service wasn't terrific, I would go elsewhere, my Appointment times would be appreciated. Dropped my car off for some issues we were having. Dan, our service advisor, made sure to keep me in the loop the whole time. The techs couldn’t hear the noise and asked me to come in, which verified Dan, our service advisor, made sure to keep me in the loop the whole time. The techs couldn’t hear the noise and asked me to come in, which verified the noise. I’ve had issues in the past with being taken seriously about sounds and Dan made sure to mention he fully trusted me in what I was talking about and made sure we could find the issue. It did take a little bit but seems to have found and fixed what was causing it. I was happy with my experience with Dan and will return in the future with other maintenance. Thank you again Dan for being awesome More
