Shawn Jacobs was fantastic to work with. Having purchased several New cars in the past, Shawn was probably one of the best sales persons that I have dealt with. Yes, I had the sticker shock surprise of the extra (standard in Florida, 2024 - dealer installed options, fees, tags, etc.??) costs, but he renegotiated with management and we arrived at a very satisfactory sales price. A very quick process - unlike the usual debacle of a salesperson having to see their manager several times, and the long delays between discussions. I can say that it was a very stress free (awesome!) experience. Purchased & financed on a Saturday, but couldn’t pick up until Wednesday - due to my schedule, not theirs. Shawn stayed in contact multiple times. Delivery was smooth. I was just anxious to get my new car on the road! I am very satisfied with Shawn & Arrigo. Now to get some miles on the car and then I will be able to evaluate the service department. No doubt, they will have the same high standards. So far, I love the car. I had such an awesome experience at Arrigo Ft Pierce. Joel was professional, courteous, and made the buying experience wonderful. The management team of Chuck Loomis and Ed were so much fun and they help Joel was professional, courteous, and made the buying experience wonderful. The management team of Chuck Loomis and Ed were so much fun and they helped to make the experience pleasant. I love the two managers sitting up at the desk, accessible, and not hidden behind a curtain like at other dealerships. I would definitely recommend Arrigo Ft Pierce and my sales team. I will also bring all my business to them. Note: I drove 45 minutes (Stuart to West Palm) to bring my business back to Arrigo West Palm first. My sales team of Lucus and Cedric had moved on. The new team did not want my business and they sucked. I got in my Jeep and drove straight to Arrigo Ft Pierce. I am so glad I did!! More
