Just brought a car its only been 2 months now they are asking for $1400 to fix thermostat. They never give you a straight answer when you call and when you in you can never find someone to help you. Bought the truck on the 12th, brought it be for the liner to get done on the 17th. We just got it back today, the 27th. Raul is a very nice person but your liner people suck. THREE times it had to be correct to get done on the 17th. We just got it back today, the 27th. Raul is a very nice person but your liner people suck. THREE times it had to be corrected AND they hit or scuffed something on the front bumper. That was corrected thank goodness. Overall, we would never recommend going to your place to get a truck. Sad for Cowboy Allen, who was amazing, and Raul, who prides himself on his work and reputation. More

When I checked in for My appointment, on time by the way, the service advisor acted as though I didn’t have an appointment and asked what I was in for. I had indicated what I wanted to be serviced when I mad the service advisor acted as though I didn’t have an appointment and asked what I was in for. I had indicated what I wanted to be serviced when I made the appointment online. The big disappointment was sitting for two hours and finding my van still in the back lot not having been serviced. There was no indication that it would take this long when I checked in. After sharing my concern with the service advisor, the van got in for service and it was done in an hour and a half. I don’t expect my vehicle to be immediately taken to a bay, but it would have been nice to have an indication It was going to be a while. I certainly got the impression if I had not checked after two hours I would be waiting another hour and it still would be in the back lot. More
