Salesman Calvin along with manager Charles were awesome. The flip is you are forced into the Arrigo advantage plan for approx $2500. All vehicles state on vehicle that it comes included with the purchase bu The flip is you are forced into the Arrigo advantage plan for approx $2500. All vehicles state on vehicle that it comes included with the purchase but in actuality you are charged additionally and I was told we had to take it, the finance manager was not a pleasant person he was very ignorant, condescending and pushy tried forcing us into another insurance plan worth $5000 when I stated I did not want it he simply said ok but then when signing paperwork I realized the final price we agreed on was different and when asked why he said it was due to the insurance, I stated to him again that I didn’t want it and he said he’d misunderstood what I meant. There is lots of negative to say about the finance end but everything and everyone else was a pleasure to work with. I have and will work again with Arrigo but next time I will have a different finance person. More
