I brought my Challenger in for the Dodge Factory Security Updates. There are 3 specific security updates on the actual Dodge Website. The Service Department and the Tech only knew of 1 of the u Security Updates. There are 3 specific security updates on the actual Dodge Website. The Service Department and the Tech only knew of 1 of the updates. I explained and showed them the the other 2 on the Dodge website. They said they don’t know anything about it. They were able to do the key fob lockout update. The Dodge site specifically says it’s a free service, but I was charged $110 for it. I received a general follow up / survey call from the dealership that just asks about your Service Experience. I explained the issue, they were very good at listening, but nothing was ever done to correct the issue. In no way am I complaining about the Service Writer Dan or the Tech. They were nice and quick. This is the 3rd Survey I’ve done and mentioned this issue. As always I’m sure nothing will be done though………. More
