The people that work in the service department are always very friendly and helpfull. I was able to get my car serviced with little notice on my part and worked with my schedule. If you have a problem and the sales force gets snotty with you, Do what I did, Send an Email to the GM of the store. Then email Larry Morgan , his son Brett, and the right hand man of Brett. Larry Morgan himself got in touch with me. Brett also did. Very gracious family. Caring and quite concerned. Then Chuck Loomisfrom Arrigo called me. Again, very gracious.
