Having an appointment means nothing. They will leave your vehicle sitting for days before looking at it. They should be up front when you’re dropping it off, and at least let you bring i They will leave your vehicle sitting for days before looking at it. Brought my truck in on a Thursday morning for warranty work, oil change, and to have a valve stem replaced, as of that Saturday, nothing had been done, had to pick it up and bring it back on Tuesday. Still waiting to hear about the warranty work. Like always, I will have to chase after answers by calling them. More

Had an oil change on my 2022 dodge challenger RT with the shaker hood. Shaker Has to come off to access the refill spout. A cover over the spout also has to be removed from the shaker base to access it. The shaker hood. Shaker Has to come off to access the refill spout. A cover over the spout also has to be removed from the shaker base to access it. The cover was never put back on rendering the shaker useless, found the cover loose on the base of the shaker. I also see oil on the skid plate on the bottom of the engine, not happy, sloppy work More
