You guys hit the mark again, Great Service! ! I made an appointment to fix a recall, have my oil changed, and also rotate my tires. Arrived early for my 10:00 appointment. Met my Service Manager ! Met my Service Manager, Richard and we discussed my needs, but he was already aware of the appointment and what needed to be done. Like usual he went over everything they were going to do. He was versed on the situation, I liked that. He showed me where I could relax while waiting, have coffee, snacks, and where the restrooms were. He was very professional and answered all my questions. After about an hour and a half, he came to let me know my vehicle was ready. He explained everything that was done and provided me with the shop printout. My experience for this visit from making the appointment by phone, to the visit with the sales center up front, to the Service Department was very nice. I don't mind driving as far as I do to get to Arrigo in Ft. Pierce because I'm never disappointed. It's a pleasure doing business with these Professionals. Thank You All. More
