Arrigo’s technic Dan was very professional in assisting in the servicing and correcting multiple caution indicators on my vehicle instrument cluster. Arrigo’s technicians also discovered a minor timing chain cover leak which they corrected along with the diagnosis and correction of the caution indicator lights. I really appreciate Dan keeping in touch with me with updates on the maintenance activity and recommendations until completion. After going without a vehicle for 10 days, due to there being no loaner vehicles available while our vehicle was being worked on, we received our vehicle back and the problem was still not fixed. After bei being no loaner vehicles available while our vehicle was being worked on, we received our vehicle back and the problem was still not fixed. After being assured that the AC was working properly another mechanic shop informed us that the Jeep replaced the wrong parts and did not fix the issue. When I contacted Jeep about this issue, I received no response. I will not be using the Jeep service department in Fort Pierce ever again and will warn others not to use them as well. More
