Arrigo tried to make me pay $7,010 on my 2021 overland. I had a break leak that was covered under warranty they tried to get me to pay out of pocket for. More

While the salesman are all very nice. ...my poor mom who is 79 years old, was ripped off. She traded in 2 cars and they gave her half of what they're worth. Then they sold her the moon after they wore her out. Then she tried to go back and have it fixed and they lied and told her that her traded in cars were gone. I'm sure this isn't the first time they took advantage of the elderly. I'm sure it won't be the last. Buyer Beware. More

**GO TO VATLAND DODGE RAM VERO BEACH** BEFORE YOU GO HERE!!! My family has purchased all their vehicles from Arrigo, but they never will again after they lied to us. I went through the process of sellin HERE!!! My family has purchased all their vehicles from Arrigo, but they never will again after they lied to us. I went through the process of selling my used vehicle through their online process. I provided more than enough valid information to receive a real time cash offer to buy my car. I was assured by Gerry Montana that the express cash over was a valid real offer. When I brought the vehicle to the dealership, after their inspection, they offered me $4,500 less than the real time cash offer since I was not buying another vehicle from them. They CONNED me into believing the real time cash offer. They never intended to buy my vehicle for that price. They only wanted me to take the car to the dealership so they could try to take advantage and lowball me thinking I had to sell the car. My friends and family will never go there again, VATLAND VERO BEACH ONLY!!!!! More

Bought a used Chevy Malibu Premier with 31,000 miles first off car price plus 2000 for bull extras that are worth about 500 left dealership got home said car was detailed under hood piled with leaves en first off car price plus 2000 for bull extras that are worth about 500 left dealership got home said car was detailed under hood piled with leaves engine was filthy one week goes stranded battery goes completely dead replace battery next morning tire flat had a nail on inside sidewall nail so old it was rusted replace tire when tire was being replaced turned out rims had damage and dents from someone hitting something 1 week later another tire losing air had to replace rim too damaged to hold air slow leak and believe me they knew about all this stuff 2 weeks later after owning car a month pull into driveway and car will not shut off i had to grab shifter and move back and forth to get the car to shut off warning do not buy from this dealer they are a high volume and dont care dealership I will never buy or recommend anyone again More

The service department is a complete joke. I dropped my car off on Friday at 10 am. Heard nothing about my car all day. Called Saturday, my service advisor was off but someone would call me ba I dropped my car off on Friday at 10 am. Heard nothing about my car all day. Called Saturday, my service advisor was off but someone would call me back. No one called me back. I called back again, this time more insistent... it had been over 24 hours since I dropped my car off and I had heard nothing. Someone gave me limited information and said they would call me back. It's Sunday. No one has called me back. My 'warranty' that was sold to me at the time of purchase through the dealer includes a rental car - BUT because no one is there today and they have my car hostage still (no idea if it's been fixed or not) I am basically out of luck till tomorrow. Nevermind the fact that most people cannot afford to leave their cars somewhere for 3 days, let alone WEEKDAYS. I do NOT recommend this dealer, the service dept. or the warranties they sell you. More
