We got 3 in last night, but since they just opened, will call back if they are not already sold? I c Got text at 6:00 PM from Alex, let’s talk tomorrow I called back had to leave a message. Went online and got a call… from “internet sales” sorry since Alex was working he couldn’t help. He would remind Alex to call. Had to call again. And again not available to close purchase. He called me to confirm they only had 3 “Vans but all high roof.” I asked to send pictures . I am ready to buy today. He doesn’t send. I only get a link to Vin. He sends pictures 4 hours later. I ask for official quote or online papers to sign. Don’t get them until 8:30 PM, I call to confirm, he received executed documents.. Sorry another salesman SOLD. And we are not getting any more.… More

My service advisor was nice when I first got there. I was given the option of booking a shuttle home when I made my appointment, only to find out that there is no shuttle or on-site rental, so I had to pay $ given the option of booking a shuttle home when I made my appointment, only to find out that there is no shuttle or on-site rental, so I had to pay $30 for an Uber. After they looked at my car, I was told that nothing was wrong with my car, even though it’s still making the same sound. When I went to go pick up my car, two different employees completely ignored me and addressed the people behind me first. I didn’t feel valued and feel like it was a complete waste of time. I will make the longer drive to Stuart next time. More

Walked into Arrigo Dealership in Ft Pierce hoping to trade in my 2017 Honda Accord. I didn’t think it was possible because my credit is not all that great and I wasn’t putting much money down.
