Didn’t have proper tool to remove lug nuts so my tires were not rotated. Never had that problem at our dealership in Mich. The tool is in the glove box. If you're walking through the front, you're greeted by 20 salesman. When you go through service, 20 people stare at you and ignore you for 15 minutes at least. Then they'll ask. Are you waiting for someone?when they've seen you standing there waiting? Then no one will call you with a status of your car.. I was told the car would be washed. It was not. I’m still trying to figure out how I paid 60K for a truck listed for 52K. I was misled, lied to and scammed by the Financial Department. He never disclosed all of the charges or the total cost of the vehicle listed for 52K. I was misled, lied to and scammed by the Financial Department. When I looked at the documents when I got home it wasn’t even my paperwork. I called him and told him that I would come back in the morning he conveniently neglected to tell me that he was not working that day. I finally got the right documents and realized that he had charged me for three different warranty packages instead of the one that I agreed to. Not only that, I still don’t have to paperwork explaining what all is covered under them even though I was told that the paperwork was included on the flash drive given to me yesterday by a different Financial Advisor. I am disgusted, disappointed and feel betrayed. I have previously purchased three trucks from Arrigo and was never treated like this. I will never go back there and will tell everyone I that they should go to another Dealership if they don’t want to get fleeced. More
