We had the vehicle in for service a week before and you think they would run a diagnosis to advise of any concerns with a vehicle that has over 100,000 miles. My son purchased a brand NEW Dodge Ram 3500 to start business and to support his family October 17, 2022 from Arrigo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Ft Pierce. The truck broke down December 8, 2022 and still n business and to support his family October 17, 2022 from Arrigo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Ft Pierce. The truck broke down December 8, 2022 and still no repair. It is at Arrigo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Margate location because it broke down near there. Told the truck needs a new transmission and that it had been ordered. Had promises of it being fixed in two weeks. Then another promise: it'll be ready in 2 weeks. Those weeks came and went. Now another promise saying maybe the end of February. Arrigo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Ft. Pierce won't swap it out. Telling me I can trade it in and lose $15,000 to $20,000 on the deal. A comparable loaner had not been provided. Chrysler Corporate have been contacted and a case manager assigned. Chrysler Corporate has not helped or provided a comparable truck that is needed to continue to work and will not swap out the truck or buy back the truck. There's loss of income and now a business. Credit score destroyed. The lemon law will take about 40 days or so. There is no honor in dealing with Arrigo Chrysler or Chrysler Corporate. It is sad that other people are in this same predicament.
