The sales was excellent! We have purchased a 2024 Ram 3500 Megacab dually in August of 2024 and a 2025 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon X in April of 2025 from Arrigo in Fort Pierce. We also purchased the extended service plan and coverage for BOTH vehicles. This is due to the staff and service at this location. When we bought our 2023 Pacifica, we bought this Arrigo Advantage. Service department advisors have different ideas on the warranty. They are not knowledgeable. 5 hours To long, no info, hit credit 4 times and when I asked would not stop!, wrong info on warranty, cop, , blamed others, no paperwork when left, I had new license plates but ignored and gave me new on asked would not stop!, wrong info on warranty, cop, , blamed others, no paperwork when left, I had new license plates but ignored and gave me new ones with no info on how to get, no thank yous, rude in finance, just sign no interest or conversation,, he talked rudely about other customers, had no idea how to take my lease truck in and what to do , I had to tell them! Only bought because I was out of time…would never recommend or come back!!!! More
