3 hours & no contact from service rep. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and ended up having to get a rental because they said my lug nuts were corroded on. Took my Jeep off of the dealership lot without informing me to have another company try to remove the lugs. Ended up having to get a rental for the day and didn’t get home till almost 6 PM from an 8:30 AM walk-in More

Nate was phenomenal on explaining every detail on my Jeep's mechanical issue. I was extremely impressed with the fast and timely attention I received. Not very good. I wouldn’t recommend buying there. I purchased a service contract and have not Recieved any documents for it. I was sent the car with no temp tag. T I wouldn’t recommend buying there. Cleaning products etc. I still have not received weeks later. I can keep going on and on. The online price of a $250 discount I was never given. A lot of Broken promises. If anyone cares to contact me about these issues that’d be great. More
