Cleaning products etc. I still have not received weeks later. I can keep going on and on. The online price of a $250 discount I was never given. A lot of Broken promises. At 62 years of age and of all the cars I have purchased and taken to a dealership for service, this dealership by far has been the worst experience I've ever had. I waited quite a while to write a review and taken to a dealership for service, this dealership by far has been the worst experience I've ever had. I waited quite a while to write a review because I was waiting for the return phone calls I was promised to explain the incompetency in servicing my 2025 RAM Promaster. I sent the service advisor pictures of how my engine was left and how only 2 of my tires were rotated and slight undercarriage damage. She saw the pictures and stated "that's not how we do service and offered me a few free oil changes and to bring the vehicle back to finish and repair the poor service. I refused the free oil changes but wanted an explanation of who worked on my vehicle and would at least like my white undercoating repaired. After 2 unsolicited phone calls from Arrigo fort Pierce asking how my service was and my dissatisfaction explained, I have never heard back from them even though I was promised answers. I usually disregard these surveys because every business has a bad day and a good business usually looks to make good for their mistakes. But if I'm going to be forgotten about I can honestly say I will never purchase or service a vehicle at Arrigo. More

Abysmal at follow up. Three month warranty is a joke. Service mgr said he couldn’t tell me if my issue was covered until after I paid over $250 for diagnostics. My son and I came in this weekend, and we had Emmanuel for our sales guy, and he was great top tier. He was patient and let us really check out the car we were there to see. But then when it was time to t for our sales guy, and he was great top tier. He was patient and let us really check out the car we were there to see. But then when it was time to talk about our situation, he took us to his manager Chad. Now I need you to understand I was a sales manager for GM for about 7 years and at our dealership we were always willing to get a deal done with serious customers. But unfortunately, Chad was not and then he told us that his GM did not take deposits to hold a car that we wanted. I was under the impression that they were there to sell cars but that was not the issue at all, after Chad complained about being at work on Mother's Day and basically told me no we left hopefully the car is there in 3 weeks when we are ready to buy we were willing to leave a non-refundable deposit but we were turned away . So, the reason we did not do a deal was basically Chad and hid GM. More
