I made an appointment to get a key fob programmed for a used F250 that I had just purchased from dodge dealership. JD was my service person. I had purchased a fob off of the internet and he said it wasn' used F250 that I had just purchased from dodge dealership. JD was my service person. I had purchased a fob off of the internet and he said it wasn't oem so it probably wouldn't work. I told him if it didn't that I would like it back so I could get a refund being that the one from arrow ford cost $215 dollars. He told me that I could have the other one back to get a refund on. After I got home from paying the $473 to get the key fob and programming I checked the key fob that I had ordered and it was missing the key part of it. I called JD twice that afternoon and no return call. I called again the next day and after an hour he returned my call. I asked where my key was and he said he would check. He then returned my call and said they used that key on the ford key fob. I said then you owe me a key for this fob, he said how do you figure, I said because you used mine on this one. He said no we saved you money by not charging you for a key from ours. I said it all comes as a set, he and the service manager said not here at ford we sell it separately. So I guess the key plus the key fob is more than $215 because they said they were saving me money. You can buy the whole thing for $74 off of the internet just FYI. I will be using someone else besides arrow ford for my business from now on. More

Quoted me $9,400 on a 2016 Ford Fusion. Parts are all under $100 except for one. Labor shouldn’t cost that much. That is ridiculous to even justify charging that much for a 10 year old car. Very friendly and helpful staff, purchasing process was quick and easy. Honestly staff could have offered water or shown around where things were located. Spending 3-4 hours there and had to ask for wate quick and easy. Honestly staff could have offered water or shown around where things were located. Spending 3-4 hours there and had to ask for water for the kiddo was a bit off. Have purchased other vehicles at a diff dealership and hospitality was better. Also the detailing process could have been better, scratches appeared after the detailing and a rusted razor blade was left inside the vehicle. More
