I brought my vehicle in for a recall notice. Arrow overbooked and my vehicle sat all day w/o being looked at and had to stay the night. I loved buying my car there but when I took it in for the oil change it was running good.. When we picked the car up it was jumping when you went to go slow or stop. They said it was my stark plugs. They kelp the car to fix it in the mean time I wanted new tires.Didn't think it would be a problem. It took 7 days to get the tires spark plugs and windshield repaired. I felt like it could have been done in a shorter time. I was paying on a rent car which was adding up but the manager was nice enough to take 3 days off. I was just upset waiting so long on my car and everytime called they would tell me they were working on it I feel like they were keeping it too long. They apologized. I wasn't told from the first how much it would cost. I knew my tires would be high but never guessed the charge for the rest of the work. I hate t happened because I really like your service from all the other times I had to bring it in. I had bought the Perimre protection plan and Was told it covered bummer to bummer.But everthing I ask they say its not covered. I am disappointed. Sorry didn't mean vent on you. I hope to continue using your service hopefully it will be better next visit. Thanks Rebecca Shuler More
Horrible quality of service went to take my truck for oil change the day prior I had ran out of window washer fluid and the wanted to charge me to diagnosis saying motor out and line damaged which w oil change the day prior I had ran out of window washer fluid and the wanted to charge me to diagnosis saying motor out and line damaged which was false the never put fluid i had mention didn't offer car was the didn't want to change oil or mention not to change due to being at 40 percent honestly I hate taking my truck to dealership half xxx work and the know people only take it there during to new truck and warranty hope u management addresses the poor quality of work and customer service care More
