I called Arrow Ford in Abilene needing a last-minute rock chip repair, and they worked me in the very next day. From the moment I arrived, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and professional, but I especially chip repair, and they worked me in the very next day. From the moment I arrived, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and professional, but I especially want to recognize Joe. He took great care of me from start to finish, made sure everything was handled quickly, and went out of his way to make the whole experience easy and stress-free. We went to the dealership to look around and left with my husband’s dream truck. LeJuan assisted us throughout the process. He was very pleasant to work with and answered all of our questions. When we were headed out the door with the keys to our new truck, LeJuan gave us info on a pickup for our daughter and we ended up getting another pickup in the same visit! We live over 3 hours away and are happy we drove through Abilene for the quality customer service we received. More
