Colin got me in for service super quickly. Him and Devin made sure my 2023 M4 Competition (which I also bought from Arrowhead and had a great experience as well) was well taken care of. I first came to Arrowhead BMW to complete my oil change. The lounges are very spacious and relaxed no pressure areas. As I was sitting there the new x5 SUV caught my eye. I was thoroughly impressed by the knowledge they seem to have on the vehicles. I any case he showed me a few options and showed my a way that I could turn my older model into the new model for close to the same price. It was impossible to say no to such a deal. I was next introduced to Andrew there finance consultant. Also very knowledgeable and was able to save me money on maintenance and service. He was very transparent and easy to talk with! Very disappointed with the professionalism and customer service at this location. After numerous email communications I made an appointment with David Capellini to have my vehicle appraised. He did not sho service at this location. After numerous email communications I made an appointment with David Capellini to have my vehicle appraised. He did not show up to our appointment. After a good hour wait, another “manager” reviewed my vehicle. His appraisal was $10,000 less than the KBB range that David had provided during our communications, even though he said they can “usually beat KBB”. Don’t waste your time with this location to buy or sell vehicles. More
