The first tip off, the car is supposed to be new and untitled, but it is listed on their website under used cars. That was tipoff number one. Tip off number two- the car has 71 miles on it, I have never seen a new BMW with 71 miles. Tipoff number three -the car had a clearcoat bra installed, lojack installed, and tinted windows, These appear to be all aftermarket items that someone who had previously purchased the car would have installed. BMW does not offer LoJack on their vehicles!!! I have never known a BMW dealership to offer tinted windows and I do not see clear coating as offered anywhere on the BMW USA website nor do I see LoJack, nor do I see Tinted windows. In my opinion, I think these tricksters were trying to sell a used car, that most likely had been damaged, as a new car, and the giveaway was the personalization that the first owner had made i.e. LoJack, tinted windows and clear bra. I’ve owned six BMWs and I’ve never seen anything like this. I think I’ll stay far far away from this place!!!! From the looks of their reviews on this website, a lot of other people have the same opinion…..CROOKS!!!! More

Three years later it’s time to turn in the vehicle and the service is even worse. The sales rep was extremely condescending and would not lift a finger to help with my inspection or any questions that I had in regard to the lease end. Will never go to this dealership again, and I unfortunately have a bad taste in my mouth for bmw now as well. Dissappointing. Find a different dealership to work with. More

My husband and I both took a time off work to drive an hour out of our way to find out that they aren’t willing and to buy our vehicle. I asked for the GM and was told he isn’t in. I was assisted cooly from a supervisor named Carolina. I am also in the automotive industry and know how these things work and was told they didn’t have approval from the GM. You don’t give a customer an offer, have them get a cashier’s check and schedule an appointment before approval from management. This is what is wrong with the car business. More
I worked with Maurice Bell to purchase a 2018 BMW M5 back in October 2023. He told me the car was in pristine condition. I asked for more detailed pictures and video of the vehicle because they only had 6 on in October 2023. He told me the car was in pristine condition. I asked for more detailed pictures and video of the vehicle because they only had 6 on the website and I was an out of state buyer. He sent me more pictures that were not of the best quality and a video of the car. I called the service department before the car was shipped to ask about vehicle history and if there were any issues with the car on trade in. I spoke with Colin who was very helpful and he told me it was a local trade in and that the car was in good condition mechanically. He said it did have some issues that they needed to address from the trade in which was a dent or scratch on the driver side door, two wheels that had curve rash, and the front bumper. He didn't mention the headlight issue where it is cracked from someone hitting it with something. I asked Maurice on several occasions before the vehicle was shipped if everything was good with the car and he said yes. Upon getting the vehicle transported to NC from AZ as the transporter is taking the vehicle off the truck I noticed the damage to the items Colin said they were fixing plus the damage to the headlight that Maurice lied saying he knew nothing about it. i asked the transporter about this things and he said he brought all of this up to Maurice before he loaded the vehicle on the truck and instead of Maurice calling me to let me know about the damage he tells the driver to load the car. The driver showed me a report with all of the damage he found before he took delivery of the car to bring to NC. Maurice lied so much that upon getting the vehicle I learn that the windshield was also damaged and had a lot of rock chips to the point it needs to be replaced. I called Maurice the next day after the vehicle was delivered and all the lies and games started. He claimed he knew nothing about the damage but it was visible in the video he sent and I also noticed it on one of the pictures they had online of the vehicle where they have a big blue circle around that damaged headlight. He then claims he was going to talk to his sales manager to get it resolved and said he was going to put together a "care package" with some floormats and some other stuff. I told him that is not acceptable and that I wanted them to fix the damage to the car. He then proceeds to tell me that if I can get you a check for $2000 will that help. I told him no that will not help as I got an estimate of $3500 just for the headlight alone and to repair the bumper and install the headlight I was quoted over $5500. Maurice kept promising to talk with his management and have them call me and to send out a check. I ended up calling the dealership and asking to speak to his sales manager by the name of Adam or Angelo who proceed to tell me they would send me a check for $500 and that was the best they could do. I told him that is not acceptable and that I wanted to talk to the GM. He put me on hold then came back a few mins later and said the GM knows about the situation and instead of him having to hear it for a 3rd time he said we can issue a check for $1000. I called Maurice back a few days later to ask what the status was and he said they mailed out a check which was another lie. It is 3 months later and I still have not heard from anyone or received a check. I contacted BMW corporate and let them know about the situation and they got in touch with the GM and explained the situation to him and asked him to call me and guess what not one phone call has been received from him. Anytime I call the dealership to ask for him everyone gets nervous and lies about him not being available and that they will leave a message for him to call me back. I have decided to take legal action against Arrowhead BMW because I was a victim of fraudulent sales practices and false advertisement. I tried to work with them but they got their money and basically ghosted me. More
Really bad experience. Showed up to get a 2020 BMW we paid for and they only had one key. Been waiting for registration and title work. After spending an hour with AZ Showed up to get a 2020 BMW we paid for and they only had one key. Been waiting for registration and title work. After spending an hour with AZ DMV we come to find out they did not fill out the paperwork right with our PO Box. Also found out that we needed to get in-state insurance and that was never explained to us. Got the insurance done and now we have to go the a DMV office to straighten this mess out. Called the salesperson at Arrowhead and have to heard anything. Not good at all. More
The customer service was good until I made the deal and complete the evaluation on the salesman. Once I gave her a stellar review, I was not then ghosted independent of the promise of sending a second key complete the evaluation on the salesman. Once I gave her a stellar review, I was not then ghosted independent of the promise of sending a second key as agreed prior to closing the deal. To this day, after purchasing the car six weeks ago, I still have not gotten the key and was told that they deliver it on the promised, and they were not going to cut another one. That was for customer service, and a lack of integrity and I would suggest that anyone that deals with this dealership gets everything in writing prior to signing any paperwork. More
I have so far had a bad experience with Arrowhead and am still helping to resolve the unpleasant experience with them, so any suggestions and comments are welcome and I will post this everywhere I can to ex still helping to resolve the unpleasant experience with them, so any suggestions and comments are welcome and I will post this everywhere I can to expose my experience! I brought a pre-owned BMW in May and was given one key at the time to take the car home. I was promised by the sales to get the 2nd key to me. After 2 months of phones, I got a message that Arrowhead is not going to give me the 2nd key. I am frustrated and shocked by its sale team. I felt I am cheated by them! More

Just an absolutely miserable experience all-around, which is saying something considering the reputation that franchise dealerships carry. Over two weeks ago I traded in my car at this location. My new car arrived last night with parts missing, non-working key, and dirty. The delivery was delayed because of a part they "had to order from Germany." The part that caused the delay was missing when the car showed up. They are somehow still working on the financing, despite having already listed my old car for sale. They care more about flipping inventory than their paying customers. These people do not care about their customers as soon as the transaction has been completed. Their finance team is either incompetent or acting maliciously. Sales team will avoid you as soon as you sign a contract. Parts doesn't even know their own cars, but they will attempt to upsell you on additional services. The team here is truly despicable. After I had already signed, one of their team members had the gall to brag to me about selling an elderly customer dozens of cars while he's suffering from dementia. I have no idea why someone would think this is an appropriate thing to mention. Revolting behavior. The finance team got hostile with me for simply asking a question about when my vehicle that I paid for would be ready. I will be pursuing legal action against them if they do not pay off the lien on my car as contractually obligated. They also have not provided the title to me or my lender, which is preventing me from registering the car. As of this writing, I have still not received the parts that I paid for. Since they don't like answering phone calls or questions, they can deal with a chargeback on the deposit instead. Go somewhere else, there are plenty of options in the area. Lesson learned -- they'll never get business from me again. I've worked in sales for decades. You do not get repeat business by lying to people. More

Tell them I’m absolutely not taking the car back like that. Come back 3 days later pick it up, the leather is now better. The back of the seat was repaired with what looks like melted plastic instead of replacing the piece. And the best part, the back of the car is still TRASHED!!! More
