My husband and I both bought a newer BMW at Arrowhead BMW. Maurice assisted us every step of the way through both purchases. It is wonderful to see the way the employees interact with Maurice. He answered all of our questions, had a staff personally show me all the features of my new care so when I drove off the lot, I didn't need to study the manual. Maurice also gave me a keychain that made me feel special. He is always available to text or call if I have a question. I always feel noticed the minute I walk in the door, and Maurice always has a few minutes to sit down and ask why we are in the shop, and finds a way to get us taken care of quickly. I would send any of my friends or family to purchase from him because he LOVES his job and helping people. He is the first to say if a car will suit our usage or lifestyle, and that means a lot to me. He kept every promise along the way, and we will always buy from him in the future. More

My new car purchase from Arrowhead BMW started with a wonderful introduction to Maurice (Meau) Bell by my son and daughter-in-law who are long-time BMW owners. I had been looking for a new car for six months and wanted a specific exterior and interior color. I would stay up late every evening doing exhausting online research, I reviewed multiple car brands and built numerous cars online however when I contacted the local dealerships hoping to move forward no one had anything in stock and one dealer I asked about ordering a new car told me "You could order it, but you probably will not get it, we can't even get the vehicles we need for our stock." My last two vehicles were Honda Accords and I kept them both for a long time however Honda did not offer an Accord in the color and interior I wanted not even as a special order and their overall new car inventory was minimal. I was very frustrated and was sharing my disappointment with my son when he asked me if I had ever considered a BMW. I had looked online and admired them but felt like they were a little out of my price range. My son shared his experience with BMW and told me that it was something that he had never experienced anywhere else and that I should talk to "his guy, Meau". He said once you buy a BMW you will never want anything else. Coincidentally, my son was taking delivery of a new BMW vehicle for his wife that day and he spoke to Meau and asked him if he could help me out. Within a few hours I had an appointment with Meau. I told Meau my story and we sat down and amazingly within a very short time he gathered all my thoughts and was able to order the car I wanted built just for me! Within a few more minutes it was approved, and I had an estimated delivery date. I was so excited; I have never been treated with so much respect and professionalism. Meau is very polite, kind and the most caring car salesperson I have ever met, he is much more than what you expect. His customer service is exceptional and goes above and beyond anything I have ever experienced in over 30 years of car purchases. Meau stayed connected with me and to my surprise my new car arrived two weeks earlier than expected and is absolutely beautiful. Meau has been there every step of the way, helping me find the right car, getting it approved, ordered, helped me with the financing arrangements, delivery and has been incredibly patient when I call asking questions or needing assistance in learning all the great things about my fantastic new car. He is a pleasure to know, and truly cares about his clients. I hope is a treasured employee. He would be if he was my employee! More
