I have trusted Lund Cadillac Service Dept with my DeVille for many years. Steven Ansingh has also been my Service Advisor for the past 13 years, and has taken good care of us and our vehicle. Jim was a pleasure to work with. He was informative and very professional. I would use Lund again for that reason. Price could have been better but out of his control on that. I called Jerry after seeing an ad for a used Cadi. I've had my 06 CTS for four years now with mileage at 75K. I have an extended warranty that runs out in another 10K miles. I thought possibly I could tr had my 06 CTS for four years now with mileage at 75K. I have an extended warranty that runs out in another 10K miles. I thought possibly I could trade my car for a a later year with less miles but I didn't want to pay much more than my payment now and I didn't want to put any down for a deal. It was suggested I could lease a new model with about the same payment but I put alot of miles of my vehicles and leasing wouldn't be the best option for me. Jerry checked out my vehicle and said it was in good condition. He's going to keep his eye out for a vehicle he thinks I might want in the future and I'm going to save for more of a down payment. You facility is beautiful and everyone is top-notch. It was a good experience eventhough we didn't come to a deal. I'm sure we will at a future date! More
