Got a very prompt response from Corey and went down to have a look.

What a welcome change after all the slick talking salesmen in Europe. I told Corey what we needed and our budget. He worked out a great deal in very little time. Everyone at Lund was fantastic and I recommend them without hesitation. No song and dance...just good old fashion customer service. I like it!!!

John

More
Their lack of attention to detail in the service department is astounding. When they told me that they completed the new clear coat to my H2, I showed them that it was impossible because none of th department is astounding. When they told me that they completed the new clear coat to my H2, I showed them that it was impossible because none of the windows had any residue of water. They said it was an oversight and took my vehicle back into the service shop and applied the clear coat. The service adivsor flat out lied to my face and argued until being proved wrong. (Man without honor)

When I had the exhaust system upgraded, I had to take the vehicle back 4 times for issues due to the installation. Again, lack of attention to detail and no pride in their work.

Dealing with Lund Cadillac helped me to decide to sell my Hummer and never deal with them again. Good luck to anyone that buyes from Lund Cadillac. More
Technological problem kept my 2003 Escalade EXT from starting on a regular basis. Gave vehicle to service dept for troubleshooting and repair... 10 days later, picked up vehicle -- 500 miles had been pu starting on a regular basis. Gave vehicle to service dept for troubleshooting and repair... 10 days later, picked up vehicle -- 500 miles had been put on the vehicle, 1/4 tank of gas less than when I brought it in (@ $2.35 a gallon, that's an expense) and, there were deep gouges in the bed liner of the truck, indicating that something substantial had been transported!
Called my service rep to report these problems - he was nonplussed, said he'd have the Service Manager look into it and call me back the next day. I waited until the next afternoon and called the Service Mgr. to inquire about the situation. He ALSO was quite unconcerned and said he had a call into their Zone Mgr. to see if they could extend the warranty by 500 miles.... I had to ask again about the damage to the bed liner, and he stated that the mechanic that drove my truck (for 500 miles) claimed he didn't put anything in the back. These guys couldn't care less - - unbelievable! Think twice before leaving a $55,000 truck with them for "service" More
Salesman refused to give my keys back, said he must have left them somewhere. Finally was able to dig them out of his pocket. This is the 4th new car I've bought from Lund that the headlights did not work left them somewhere. Finally was able to dig them out of his pocket. This is the 4th new car I've bought from Lund that the headlights did not work on delivery. Also the last time I buy there. Also delivered with plastic trim laying on the floor, no floor mats and missing trip pieces. Salesman could not explain even basic functions on car.The service department is great but it can no longer overcome the sales departments failings. More
