Worst Dealership in Arizona, hands down. I purchased a new 2016 ATS-V back in February of this year. About 2 weeks later I was hearing a noise coming the driver side. Took it to them twice an I purchased a new 2016 ATS-V back in February of this year. About 2 weeks later I was hearing a noise coming the driver side. Took it to them twice and both times kept saying oh we cant hear the noise its probably nothing or maybe a turbo or water pump. What a bunch of xx. Finally took it a REAL Cadillac dealer where there techs know their cars. Within about 5 minutes they figured out and actually heard the noise and it was my transmission pump. I will NEVER purchase a car or go here for service again. If my transmission had failed while on the freeway because of their negligence This dealership would be in a world of hurt. Do not go here...and another thing that I found extremely upsetting, was the fact that they insulted my fiance to her face and on the phone, when she knows more about cars then any of their techs. Also we had a tire replaced under the extended service plan we had...well here begins problem #2. They apparently don't know how to order the right size tires for their own vehicles so it caused us to have to wait another 3 days without our car. I hope the Manager of this dealership sees this and calls me. I also think a call to the BBB is something I will do as well....you all have been warned!!! More

I purchased an Escalade - when you purchase a car it should be a hassle free, great experience and because of Barbara and Michael it truly was. Honest I live on the other side town and was all set to buy my Escalade from another dealer, but thought I would just check out Arrowhead Cadillac. It was the best car buying decision I ever made - they treated me fantastic. I got a very fair price - for me buying a car should feel really good, not like you are in a negotiation battle and I can tell you at Arrowhead Cadillac it was a feel good experience. Finance was great too - getting me in and out in no time. Barbara showed me every feature of the car and called me numerous times to make sure I understood everything and was happy with my purchase. The dealership is top notch too - all of the employees were so friendly and all offered me drinks and snacks while I was there.
