My husband and I came into Arrowhead Honda with the expectations of a classic dealership experience. High pressure. No experience. We had been shopping for a new vehicle for over two weeks. My anxiety level was at a high when I pulled into the lot. I opened my car door and there stood Brianna. She promptly greeted us and took us inside. She sat my husband and I down and assessed our needs; rather then walking around in the summer heat. After we told her what we were looking to accomplish she said she could help. We found a certified Honda Pilot that fit what we wanted. Brianna then proceeded to tell us about all the options the Pilot had. It sounds very cliché but I have never met a woman that knew so much about a automobile! I was overly impressed with her knowledge of her product! We test drove the Pilot and fell in love. The negotiating process with Brianna was top-notch. I did not talk to multiple layers of management. She knew all the answers for us from beginning to end. She was a class act! More

Needed some work for our Insight, and David Scott was our service technician. He was friendly, easy to work with, and I feel I can trust his recommendations. I had to go home and convince my husband that we weren't gong to get a better deal. tracey ford kept in touch with me periodicaly thru out the day and 24 hours later my hubby agreed. I called tracey back that afternoon and she said they would have my sorento ready by the end of the day. I just barely clocked out when ali called and said my car was ready. when I got there it took less than an hour to sign paperwork and drive away in our new car. the only thing they need to improve on is making sure they try to detail and clean the vehicle before putting up for sale because when I first went to test drive it it was dirty on the inside.otherwise I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. thanks again from the Nielsen family. Arrowhead Honda got our business because they (Eric and Brianna) responded quickly and completely to our questions and we never felt like we were being pressured or sold a "bill of goods." And we got the price we needed. The transaction was basically done over the internet in one day of email exchanges, pending our inspection of the vehicle. We were greeted promptly and with courtesy when we arrived at the dealership the next morning and the formalities were completed quickly and uneventfully. Overall our buying experience was excellent.
