I have Auto Nation Warranty and I went to the Chevrolet where we bought our Honda CRV. They said that they didn’t have the equipment to see what the problem was . They said to go to A Honda Dealership and they can help me. When I got to Arrowhead Honda Robert told me that they can’t do free Maintenance as they don’t deal with Nation Wide. I told him why Chevy said and he checked things out and he said that’s the system sounds like it’s a battery and if I went to Chevrolet the battery would be $165 and Robert told me that their Battery was more but showed me what the warranty was and I told him that it was a better deal with Honda and said let’s do it. So he helped me with everything and is very Professional. You have a Great Service associate.

I am completely satisfied with the exceptional customer service. I was greeted by Ariel at Earnhardt Honda in Avondale. He was friendly and professional. I was a little undecided about what I wanted to purchase. I initially picked a Civic and we started going over numbers, I ultimately decided to purchase a CRV. He was patient and did not rush my decision. I have purchased several new vehicles from Earnhardt over the past 20 years or so. I keep going back because of their outstanding service and quality of my purchases.
