My girlfriend Kim and I went to arrowhead Honda with the interest in purchasing a CRV. We dealt with Craig G. who was very friendly and knowledgable. We told him we had narrowed the final choice to the CRV interest in purchasing a CRV. We dealt with Craig G. who was very friendly and knowledgable. He offered us a test drive, which we declined, as we were only narrowing things down and getting an idea of what we could expect to get and pay while we waited for our credit union financing to come through. The next day, Craig showed his professionalism by following through with us via email. Ultimately, we went with another type of vehicle, and while pleased with our final choice, were sad that we would not be working with him. We were looking for a very specific vehicle (Civic Si sedan, with Navigation, orange color), and Eric Koslow scoured the Honda inventory nationwide to help us in our search. Eric found out that Honda will make only twenty-two cars this year with the choices we wanted. He involved the regional rep in helping us locate a suitable vehicle. Eric even came into the office on his day off. He found out that our choice was scheduled to be shipped to a dealership in Maryland. Eric contacted them and arranged to trade vehicles. Our car will be assembled in the next couple of weeks, and then will be shipped to Arizona. We will have our car by the end of March.
