They provided us with the information we requested without all the dancing around if you will, and we made an educated decision based on our needs, our wants, and the non-pressure atmosphere of our team. TY to Tracy, who initiated our call back, and to Robert who handled our needs, and to Sam who was our salesman and who has the patience of a saint, and to Jason who handled our financing and without his information we would have walked away with only one vehicle instead of two and we would have paid more in interest and to Richard for his timely call back and friendliness in service. Bottom line, if you want/need a vehicle and you don't go to this dealership, than all we can say is good luck, because you will not have found the BEST DEALERSHIP with the BEST TEAM. My overall buying/leasing experience was excellent. We did have one problem along the way and that was handled by Ken and Thad with courtesy and professionalism with customer satisfaction in mind. I purcahsed a vehicle from this dealer in 1999, and just completed another deal with them last weekend on a 2011 CRZ-EX. I worked with Eric Galliani who is a very straightforward person -- he told me about the car and gave me his best price without having to haggle about things for an hour like at other dealerships. He answered all of my questions honestly and did a great job of making my purchasing experience as best as it could be. I would recommened this dealership and this salesperson in particular. More
Eric made negotiating a new auto lease over the phone an easy process. All it required was a trip to the dealership and an "exchange of keys". Honda gave me a very good deal on the new lease. When I first went to Arrowhead Honda, I didn't know what kind of car I wanted. The worst car buying experience I have ever had. Found 08 honda pilot on arrowheads web site,went to go look at it. Sales man came out asked us what we were looking for,told him and gave him stock #. He got a car to take us to the suv we wanted to look at and drove around the lot with me and my wife like a maniac. We finally fond suv test drove everything was good tell we started taking price. They were putting in alarms that i didnt ask for,and were very up set that i had got pre approved thru my creadit union and that i didnt want there financing or gap insurance. Couldnt come to a agrement on price, but that ok. Them telling me what i could afford and that my family's safety wasnt important to me because I wouldnt spend $2000 more on my offer. And to top it off sales manager came out and let me know i was wasting there time and that we could go. We ended up going to anouther honda dealer and getting what we wanted in in the suv for a fair price. Will never step foot in arrowhead honda again. More
I recently purchased a new 2012 Honda Civic only to find out two weeks later that I was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease. Because I spend so much time in my car, I needed something with lumbar support. The situation was unique but my sales rep Ken Jugan, treated me like a real customer and genuinely understood my situation. I was able to trade in my new Civic for a certified Accord that exceeded my expectations. The transaction was pretty much communicated over the phone and when I arrived at the dealership Ken had everything ready. Not only did the car exceed my expectation but so did the service. Even Jason Heximer in Finance new about my situation and made the paperwork seemless. I was impressed by everyone and extremely appreciative for their efforts. More
I checked dealer ratings before shopping, and noted that Arrowhead rated tops. Since I had previously had service with them for several years a while ago and they did good work then and always honored the Arrowhead rated tops. I had checked up on the internet before I started out to see what was available, what I might expect for condition, age, and price for a recent used Honda 2-door coupe so I knew, in general, what to expect. I called Arrowhead and talked to a salesman and told him I would be in early next day. I showed up there at 7:45 A.M. on July 2, my salesman wasn't in yet and had arranged for someone else to help me but he didn't seem to be on deck. Right after I parked my 2008 Ford Focus which I planned to trade in, Michael Massey greeted me and put out a call to find the person who was to help me, then found me a place to discuss what I wanted and told me about availability. By the time the salesman showed up I pretty much knew my choices. The person who was supposed to help me was very nice, but after talking to him a bit, I felt the person who didn't leave me to hunt for my designated salesman and got me settled comfortably where I could find out quickly what I might be interested in so I could go elsewhere if Arrowhead didn't have what I wanted was more able to meet my requirements. The change in salesmen was amicably made, and we got down to business. I didn't want a new car, and the two which satisfied my requirements came down to a 2009 and a 2010 coupe. The price was only a difference of $1000, but I didn't want a car someone had put 20K miles on in a year and then turned it in. I also didn't really want to get a car with 34K miles on it, since the car I was trading in only had 36K. But after seeing the good condition of both cars and driving the 2009, I was swayed to the 2009,since that averaged 14K per year. 6 months was left on dealer's waarranty, plus 2 years for the certification, so I reconciled myself, since I had come back to Honda for several features I missed in my Focus. Dickering was very amicable: I got what I considered a good trade, a good price on the 2009, and a last additional demand I wanted was met. When the contract was written up I also elected the extended warranty when I was given a good price it it. More
We found Arrowhead Honda by using the internet to search for a new Odyssey minivan. Based on the lack of inventory here in Las Vegas and the lack of competitive pricing, we had decided not to buy. But then, we got the information from Arrowhead Honda. Robert Goodkin at Arrowhead Honda in Peoria, AZ was very proactive. He called and emailed us several times with the dealership's latest offers, incentives, and contact information. He sent us emails with links to their website. On the website, we could see real vehicles (by VIN) that the dealership had in stock and compare their colors, features, and prices. Robert was able to offer a better, more equipped minivan for substantially less cost than here in Las Vegas. His offer persuaded us to drive to Phoenix and it was worth the trip. Once we arrived at Arrowhead Honda, the buying process was quick and efficient. We were there for barely 3 hours and were successful in test-driving the new Odyssey, negotiating a fair price for our trade-in, and completing the loan paperwork. We arrived in an old car and left about 3 hours later in a brand new one. Robert and the other staff members at Arrowhead (Tracey Ford in Sales and Jeff Sokol in Finance) took very good care of us. This is the best car-buying experience we have ever had in 23 years of marriage. And, since then, Kathleen who works vehicle titles and registration at Arrowhead has helped us with getting our vehicle registered out of state. More
