Based on my conversation with Mr. Pritchard and my review of your e-mail correspondence back and forth I understand that you two were in agreement on the price prior to you coming in to our store. Upon evaluation of your trade Mr. Pritchard allowed more than you two had discussed in negotiations online as well. You stated that you had 7k down but it was only once you arrived at our store that *you* changed the terms of the negotiation by wanting to put NO money down. Our Internet Price is an already-reduced price, this coupled with Mr. Pritchard offering more than book value on your trade, there was no more room to move, certainly not $3,000 dollars more. As for the mention of your credit, you stated that you're at 785 however we use Experian which has reported your score at a 636. Just thought you should know, that's the number we use and based on that score coupled with your previous bankruptcy our Finance Director had to contact Honda Finance on your behalf to asked for an exception to get an apporval. We're sorry you feel as if we didn't want to sell you a car. We held up to our end on what was negotiated online and once details were changed by you we were not able to make a deal. We politely ask that you edit your review of our Dealership prior to this conversation going public/live on our page. I sincerely apologize that we were not able to come to terms on the vehicle you wanted. Arrowhead Honda Customer Relations

Thanks for the reply but your information is a little off. For starters when You say that I changed the terms - Incorrect. As the 7k that was to be put down was in my trade with the positive equity I had in the truck. NOT CASH! I did not change any terms what so ever. This is the 2nd time that I came in to speak with a rep for Arrowhead only to have wasted my time. It is very funny to hear that you or someone behind the scenes had to make a phone call to Honda to get me approved or to make an exception. I have an AWESOME payment history with Honda. My past is my past and it has nothing to do with the bait and switch you use to get people in. I will NOT remove my feedback as I feel that it is correct. My credit score was at a 745 and I am not sure why it dropped that low. But again it has nothing to do with how you made the interaction a waste of time. My business went somewhere else where there was NO problems and I drove away with the same vehicle from a different dealership. I think that it was the dealership (Arrowhead Honda) that wanted to get all the rebates..Just saying Thanks for the response. My business will go to another Honda Dealership for ALL my maintenace on both Honda's.
