I kept get Dave Scott has been my service rep for many years. I had been postponing the recall repair on my Accord just because I was short on time. I kept getting reminders, which were appreciated, and took my car in for that and an oil change. Dave took care of a couple of other things that were coming due, so that they could all be accomplished in one trip. I appreciate his attention to detail. More

Service advice over and above expected. Service took the time to thoroughly check all my tires, looking for leaks, etc. and reason for my tire pressure light occasionally coming on. David S Service took the time to thoroughly check all my tires, looking for leaks, etc. and reason for my tire pressure light occasionally coming on. David Scott explained everything not found (flat/nails), what was done, and what to do in the future. He is always most honest and helpful. More
Poor Overall Experience Why 1 Star? Answer: 1. Leased the Accord Sport in AUG 2016, package said window tint included, chrome package, etc..., all was present except tin Why 1 Star? Answer: 1. Leased the Accord Sport in AUG 2016, package said window tint included, chrome package, etc..., all was present except tint. Try to call and figure this out, nobody would return my call. Oh well, probably cheap tint anyway, but its a lease and I can't add anything to the car......... 2. Purchased the car (ended lease) less than a year later, brought up the fact about the window tint supposed to be in the package I paid for but not installed, I have the dealer option sticker that came with he car, the window tint warranty is in the glove box still. They couldn't help me but, offered to have tint installed and I pay $100 to installer for his trouble. OK sure, nobody called once again. 3. Decided to have tint installed on the vehicle after purchase, During tint install appointment at Suntek tint dealer facility, owner of business said sorry its taking so long, we have to re-tint the passenger front window, looks like a defect in our roll of tint. After re-tinting the window, he said there is a deep scratch in your glass, we thought it was our tint. So this is why the car had tint as option and warranty for tint in glovebox indicating it was tinted but there was no tint. Window was scratched and Dealer probably didn't want to replace the window. All makes sense now. Same window the manufacture sticker usually goes on. 4. OCT 2016 while cleaning the interior and installing dash cover, found white flakey dandruff peeling from dashboard. Looking at plastic covers on front window pillars inside, found sticky shiny residue on interior plastic trim. "Plasticizer" everywhere that is not agreeing with materials from Honda or a low quality protectant. When the sun hits it, it gets hard, dries, turns white, and flakes like dandruff. Called dealer, they said bring it in so we can have a look. You know where that is going........ 5. Engine Oil level overfilled day 1 - brought it home, checked it over, found oil level about 1/4 inch above full mark. Used suction pump to extract oil to bring it to proper level. Thought it was mistake from factory. Should have been corrected during their so called "Quality Check" during the purchase. They also give you a document showing the car has been meticulously checked over (Don't believe it). 6. 5400 miles: Engine Oil leak between engine & transmission: they repaired the vehicle under warranty, replaced the rear engine seal, torque converter seal and fixed the problem. However, they left me with a headache: a. Oil everywhere, bottom go engine, splash shield, oil pan, took me 4 hours with simple green and alcohol wipes to clean it. Invoice states they cleaned it (lie). b. Engine Oil level overfilled again, 1/4 inch above full mark when they did the seal repair. contacted Service Advisor, told him what was going on, he apologized and said bring it in to have a look. Of course now I don't trust this dealer with all these little things showing their true colors. I corrected the oil level once again myself to ensure it was done right. c. Provided oil and filter for dealer to change oil while replacing engine seals, they did the work obviously but, did not annotate on any receipt or invoice that they changed the oil & filter. Could not provide a receipt, just a note. Had to call Honda and get advice on what to do, The Service Manager who did eventually correct the problem by opening the invoice and adding a comment they changed the oil with customer parts. d. Noticed the battery tray holder was installed backwards after they did the repairs, removed battery and re-installed the tray which has a shield to prevent asking on the positive side of the battery. e. I have these scratches in the chrome what appears to be from an automatic car wash. I've never taken the car to an automatic car wash, only by hand, no way to prove this happened at the dealer along with the scuff mark in my rim that mysteriously appeared after the repairs. 7. Had the oil changed recently at 12,700 miles, once again, they overfilled the engine with oil, this time, WAY OVERFILLED, to the point it scared me. Like 1 inch above the full mark. brought the car to them, I took pictures, they had the car for 2 hours, then said the oil level was corrected, there are no leaks and does not appear to have any engine damage. Called Honda and informed them what was going on. I brought the car home, checked the oil and it was still overfilled. Suctioned 8 ounces of oil out with my personal suction tool. Now its at the correct level. Called Honda and informed them what happened again. 8. The only positive thing going for this dealer is the customer lounge, the coffee machine. free donuts, and probably convenient location to most people, etc.... and DAN (Service Advisor) is very nice and none of this is his fault. Maybe its just me......? I've never experienced such poor customer service from any dealer in my 32 years of driving. How did this dealer get a President Award? Who is evaluating this stuff? Don't trust these ratings, they are not from a customers real life experience and perspective. I warn anyone purchasing a vehicle from this place, check everything over head to toe, if it don't seem right, walk away, if it don't look right, walk away, if it don't smell right, walk away, if it don't seem right, IT IS NOT RIGHT. If you get promised something, "get it in writing" with a signature. I would not trust this dealer to change an air filter on my car, everything is at lightning fast pace and there is no quality control. Nobody checks anyone's work, there is no quality control, and all these service advisors sitting around punching buttons on smart phones, playing online slot machine games, etc... And some of them are mechanics. Check your oil level before you leave the parking lot, and bring a torque wrench to check your lug bolts after your tires are rotated. Pop the hood and have a peek before you leave, Your safety is in your own hands, read the fine print where you sign your name on the service receipts, they disclaim more than you think. More
